About the Role

As a member of the Key Account New Equipment Installation team, you will partner with regional and branch teams to ensure seamless project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and coordination, Preparation of delivery Schedule, Tracking of installation progress with regional teams.
  • Prepare, Update and Circulate Risk Register for reviews and corrective action plans.
  • Track System re-estimate, Cost overrun.
  • Gather and co-ordinate tools development and its utilisation by projects.
  • Drive digitalization of the project management processes and App administration, UATs, Turnback management.
  • Project Documentation coordination with the related stakeholders.
  • Partner with Subcon/Vendor development to ensure timely onboarding, and utilization.
  • Project Analysis, Estimation Vs Actual and Reporting.

Requirements

Good hands-on installation and Engineering Projects experience

Knowledge of project management processes, and tools - MS project Knowledge

Experience in budget and time tracking - Should have analytical knowledge. coordinate the 'ins and outs' like invoicing, budgeting (Estimation vs Actuals)

Experience in Project coordination with key account customers (Regions and Field) for timely completions within scope, cost, and safety

Hands-on experience in project documentation, including customer sign-off

Understanding of ERP tools for contract management and digitalization of Field Operation process.

Tech-savvy to handle Admin role of Field operation Applications. Able to communicate scope with the IT/DT team and drive implementation, UATs, etc. for new online tools

Experience in New Subcon development for Major project execution in the region

Experience in Vendor development to reduce the local cost, Tools development
