Role Overview

A meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer, product managers, and developers to guarantee seamless learning experiences for millions of learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation to enhance QA workflows.
  • Perform manual testing and establish automated test suites for accelerated release cycles.
  • Ensure optimal usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Monitor and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.
  • Stay updated with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company is preferred.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello) is essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams are necessary.
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning is highly valued.
