About the Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to design, build, and customize cutting-edge solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and extend D365 Business Central using AL (extensions 2.0), ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement extensions, integrations, and third-party connectivity, driving business growth through innovative technology.
  • Modernize existing C/AL code into AL, streamlining migration processes and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in BC environments, providing expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Adhere to coding standards, performance best practices, and security guidelines, maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations (REST, OData, SOAP) and data migration scripts, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, participate in peer code reviews, and support deployments, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and version upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a NAV / Business Central developer, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong command of AL development and the VS Code extension environment, with expertise in coding standards and best practices.
  • Experience with C/AL and migration projects to AL, with a deep understanding of Business Central architecture, modules, and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of API development and integrations (REST, OData, SOAP), with proficiency in SQL Server, data modeling, and database optimization.
  • Familiarity with source control (Git, Azure DevOps), with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and results-oriented outcomes.
