About This Role:

  • This role serves as a pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution.
  • The BIM coordinator will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects.
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices.
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects.
  • Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools.
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects.
