Regional Liabilities Manager

Job Purpose: As a Regional Liabilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of CASA & CEP Personal Bankers to achieve desired productivity levels and overachieve scorecard parameters. Your key focus will be on building and running a strong team to acquire new accounts, activate existing ones, and increase wallet share of banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of CASA & CEP Personal Bankers to achieve productivity goals.
- Acquire new accounts from branch catchment areas and activate existing ones.
- Increase wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities for lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience with a leadership span of 50-100 resources.
- Strong control over local language is preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Sales and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication and listening skills.
- IRDA and AMFI certification is preferred.
