About Customer Support Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our customer support team as Support Executives. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt assistance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver accurate information regarding services and procedures
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Escalate complex queries to internal departments
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
- Assist clients in completing required forms and documentation
Requirements:
