Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying potential business opportunities, and collaborating with supervisors and managers to achieve organisational objectives.

The role involves collecting documents from customers, validating them against organisational norms, and logging cases in the system according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The successful candidate will also be required to meet customer requirements, cross-sell multiple products, and ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in any discipline is preferred, but not essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:
