JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Designation: SAP Functional Support /AM-DEPUTY MANAGER

Department: IT

Working Location: RAIGARH

Desired qualification + Experience: B.E/MCA/MBA/GRADUATE with 8-10+ years of experience

Industry Type Exposure: STEEL & ENERGY

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
4. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
5. Design, customize, configure and testing of PM
6. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
7. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses and solve problems.
8. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
9. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
10. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
11. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
12. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
13. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
14. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

SAP Plant Maintenance Skills & Experience

1. Notification & Maintenance order type configuration
2. Configuration of different type of master data like functional location, equipment, task list & work centers.
3. Define the BOM (Bill of Materials).
4. Material and serial number combination Warranties
5. Classes and characteristics installed base Measurement Point and Documents
6. Catalogs and Catalog Profiles
7. Processing Refurbishment Tasks, Task List Management
8. Warranty management and Maintenance Planning, Work orders
9. Support on maintenance plan and scheduling.
10. Integration with different modules like MM, PP&QM, FI & HR.
11. Integration of WCM with maintenance order.
12. Custom report development as per user requirement.
13. Data Migration with LSMW/BDC
14. Define different checks and controls in PM process.
15. Debugging the ABAP programs, if any error occurs.
16. Role design with authorization check on PM process.
17. Fiori Application knowledge.
