Senior Talent Manager

We are seeking a Senior Talent Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Talent Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent management initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives. This includes building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, collaborating with stakeholders to identify future requirements, and developing strategies to bridge competency gaps.

In addition, the Senior Talent Manager will drive employee experience initiatives, design and deploy employee engagement programs, and analyze impact based on year-over-year metrics. The role also involves managing the end-to-end life cycle of temporaries and trainees, including search, onboarding, training, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive recruitment and development strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify future requirements and develop strategies to bridge competency gaps
  • Drive employee experience initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Design and deploy employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture
  • Analyze impact of employee experience initiatives on year-over-year metrics
  • Manage the end-to-end life cycle of temporaries and trainees, including search, onboarding, training, and engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • MBA or MSW in Human Resource Management

Experience:

  • ~12 to 15 years in HR Business Partnering preferably in manufacturing industries

Competencies:

  • Proficient level of knowledge in various HR concepts and processes
  • Competent level of knowledge in various HR instruments/tools and their relevance
  • Competent level of knowledge of talent market and landscape for business advantage
  • Competent level of knowledge on industry best practices/trends on various HR processes
  • Proficient level of skill in consulting, counseling, mentoring, and coaching with various stakeholders
  • Competent in facilitation skills while driving various HR topics
