Job Summary

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support strategic hiring in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify future requirements and implement necessary actions to bridge competency gaps.

Employee Experience:

  • Drive leadership teams on employee experience through initiatives and practices on employee engagement.
  • Design and deploy employee engagement initiatives within business units/plants/departments.

Learning & Development:

  • Drive strategic competency management topics involving stakeholders.
  • Implement key development programs for improving technical and behavioral aspects of associates.

People Management:

  • Bring in various interventions towards competency development of teams based on current and future trends.
  • Manage end-to-end life cycle of temporaries & trainees, including search, onboarding, training, and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
  • Master's degree in Organization Development and change management (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years in HR Business partnering preferably in manufacturing industries.

Knowledge:

  • Strong level of knowledge in various HR concepts and processes.
  • Competent level of knowledge in various HR instruments/tools and its relevance.
  • Competent level of knowledge of talent market and landscape for business advantage.
  • Competent level of knowledge on industry best practices/trends on various HR processes.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficient level of skill in consulting, counseling, mentoring, and coaching with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient level of interpersonal and communication skills while working with different stakeholders.
  • Competent in facilitation skill while driving various HR topics.
