Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the end-to-end training and engagement strategy for vendors and supervisors across categories.
  2. Manage training centres, trainers, and curriculum delivery ensuring standardization across geographies.
  3. Conduct periodic audits, refreshers, and feedback sessions to bridge gaps in vendor performance.
  4. Work with operations and vendor management teams to align training with business goals and customer experience.
  5. Measure outcomes like vendor certification, NPS improvement, service quality scores, and partner retention.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and ability to build analyses with limited support. They should also possess team leadership skills, process building capabilities, and operational excellence.
