Production Scheduler in Oracle ASCP

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) with expertise in production scheduling, including configuration, implementation, and support within the manufacturing context.

  • We require 6+ years experience in Oracle ASCP with a focus on production scheduling, process management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle e-Business Suite environment.
  • Gather business requirements, provide training, solve problems, document processes, optimize systems, and engage with clients.
  • Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient operations.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, lead times, and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement planning processes, model supply chains, and create plans.
  • Perform what-if analysis, handle exceptions, and resolve functional issues.
  • Lead data conversion activities, migrate from legacy systems to Oracle EBS, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features, contributing to ongoing process improvement.
