Key Financial Management Roles

The Head of Finance will oversee the company's financial functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of funds.

  • Account Management: Handle day-to-day accounts, manage daily funds, and arrange Capex & working capital finance from banks.
  • Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants.
  • Software Configuration: Monitor & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements.
  • ROC Compliance: Coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments.
  • Statutory Compliance: Liaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments.
  • GST Compliance: Maintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns.
  • TDS Compliance: Ensuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
  • Banking Relationships: Maintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.

Financial Expertise Required

  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and regulatory requirements.
