Compensation and Benefits Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits professional to manage compensation and benefits data, ensure compliance with laws, and support policy design and implementation.

  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data: Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits information.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to statutory payouts and contributions.
  • Support compensation policy design and implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement compensation policies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams: Work closely with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research: Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs: Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance total rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Tier 1 and 2 institute background: Must have worked in Tier 1 and 2 institutes.
  • Electronics manufacturing industry experience: Prior experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Statutory compliance knowledge: Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility.
