Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee and manage the company's logistics and supply chain operations.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory while ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, compliance with regulations, and high service levels to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods to internal and external customers.
  • Oversee warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and storage optimization.
  • Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
Education & Experience:

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management is required.

Industry Expertise:

Experience in medical devices, pharma industry is highly desirable.
