Senior Pega Development Specialist

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced software developer to lead the implementation of decisioning logic enhancements that will drive business value.
About the Role:
This is a highly technical position that requires expertise in PegaRULES engine, Pega Customer Decision Hub, and Financial Frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing solutions that support business functionality and driving continuous improvement of decisioning logic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap
- Implement solutions that support business functionality
- Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic
- Maintain compliance standards
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Pegas Customer Decision Hub
- At least 8+ year of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Certification as Certified Senior system architect is a must. LSA Certification Preferred
- Certification as Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant required
