Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software applications using Pega, following business requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure Pega solutions meet industry standards.
  • Implement integrations between Pega and external systems, utilizing various protocols.
  • Debug and resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and application guides.
  • Support releases, monitoring and incident resolution.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience with Pega PRPC development.
  • Pega CSA certification is required.
  • Proficiency in core Pega features, including case types, flows, activities, and declarative rules.
  • Experience with Pega integration (SOAP, REST).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and BPM principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pega CSSA certification.
  • Experience with Pega frameworks.
  • DevOps tools and CI/CD processes with Pega.
  • Cloud environments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare domain.
