
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and possess excellent relationship management skills. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless interactions between our organization and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at insurance companies, and negotiate contracts that meet our business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, risk managers, and other relevant parties, to ensure continuous engagement and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities.
