Senior Director Role

Job Summary:

This is a highly skilled and strategic position responsible for creating and managing compelling communication content across multiple platforms.

  • Develop engaging and high-impact content for both external audiences and internal stakeholders, adapting style and tone to suit different communication channels and target groups.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading editorial operations for publications and website content; contributing articles, blogs, stories, and research papers that reinforce the organization's mission and values.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop tailored communication materials and campaigns that effectively promote individual projects and initiatives.

Social Media Strategy:

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and impact.

  • Liaise with vendors to evaluate, procure, and implement new communication technologies and solutions that enhance content delivery and audience interaction.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors /masters degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in media, communications, or content management, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, including content strategy, audience growth, and analytics.
