
Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Payroll Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring payroll elements for US and Canada regions.
- Develop and maintain strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes, including element setup and configuration, for both US and Canada regions.
- Participate in year-end processing and have expertise in tax-related regulations (T4/RL1/W4).
- Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for payroll configurations and software applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and document them in functional specifications.
- Design and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Mastery of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Payroll, and its various components.
- Demonstrated experience working with BIP and OTBI development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
