Job Overview

This is a Senior Payroll Specialist position that requires end-to-end payroll processing expertise.

  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information, and accurately recording it in databases and software programs.
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions with precision and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will also prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits while maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.

  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Performing regular payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Payroll Tax Lodgments based on Income tax compliance.
  • Termination payments calculation including Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Redundancy payment.
  • e-TDS filing and form preparation.
  • Preparation of periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Effective communication with clients through various channels.
  • Managing year-end activities efficiently.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
