Key Responsibilities
  • Foster client partnerships through end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional results.
  • Collaborate on mandates across various industries and geographic regions, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
  • Support consultants in developing marketing strategies, crafting pitches, and closing deals with candidates.
Research and Knowledge Management
  • Develop targeted research approaches to meet client objectives, utilizing your analytical skills to identify solutions.
  • Create comprehensive maps of assignment or product areas through thorough sourcing and cold calling efforts.
  • Take ownership of research reports, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
Execution and Candidate Interaction
  • Conduct candidate interviews in a professional and consistent manner, building rapport and gathering valuable insights.
  • Attend meetings with consultants, taking detailed notes to ensure a clear understanding of client needs.
  • Engage in solo candidate meetings with junior executives, using open-ended questions to stimulate meaningful discussions.
Business Development
  • Participate in client pitches and provide support to consultants, staying informed about ongoing work and office activities.
Attributes
  • Mastery of at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and present yourself professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
