Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance to foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting to ensure timely decision-making and progress updates.
  • Ensure adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards to maintain a high level of quality and risk management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a banking environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to handle competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Familiarity with Appian or IT project environments is highly valued.
