Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of our Mobile Banking project. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role

  • This position will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management across departments.
  • Arrange training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in Banking, Fintech, or IT sectors with a minimum of 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking and Internet banking projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum methodology, with knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of banking products, digital channels, and services.
  • Able to comprehend application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as Project Manager, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud-based microservices projects.
  • Possesses PMP, Scrum, or Prince 2 certifications.
