Automation Infrastructure Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automation Infrastructure Manager to lead the development and implementation of automation solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Expertise in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and VMware/Hyper-V environments.
  • Proficient in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kentik, Splunk, or New Relic.
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN.
  • Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks for cost control, policy enforcement, and resource tagging.
  • Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of data centre infrastructure.
  • Good exposure on capacity planning and overall hardware management skills.
  • Experience in ITSM.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form - Excellent hand ons and knowledge on Patch management, VMware, Hand scripting - Good exposure on capacity planning and overall hardware management skills Experience in ITSM - Excellent knowledge on observability standards
