Product Manager – Assistant Vice President Job Summary

The TradeNeXus Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by developing and maintaining strong working partnerships within the team and all constituents. This includes contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, as well as participating in improving internal product processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the product team to develop and manage the TradeNeXus product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Participate in improving internal product processes to maximize control, communication, and efficiency.
  • Be aware of industry trends, regulations, and developments related to the TradeNeXus client base and initiatives.
Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong solutions mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive through key initiatives.
  • Great team skills but must be a self-starter and have ability to work under pressure.
  • Results orientated - capacity to prioritize, stay on top and quarterback a wide variety of business initiatives internally within the firm and externally with industry bodies, exchanges, clearing houses, and regulators.
Education and Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or computer science.
  • At least 13 years of experience in financial technology, operational workflows, foreign exchange, and project management.
