
Strategic Channel Manager

The GSF Central Channel Team is responsible for developing DSP capacity for GSF LM, ensuring a balanced channel share among DSP and Amflex Channel. This team collaborates with other PMs, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to devise channel strategies and development initiatives.
Based on the channel share plan, this team owns the block release schedule for the week and is responsible for any additions of capacity during the week. They also oversee new partner selection and onboarding for the GSF business line, monthly partner payouts, annual price revisions, and compliance with DSPs associated with Amazon's GSF business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Operations team to manage last-mile capacity and track delivery costs.
- Work towards optimizing the channel mix between DSP and Am Flex.
- Design mechanisms to improve Delivery Partner performance and enhance customer delivery experiences.
- Simplify current channel management processes to drive efficiency.
- Lead DSP/DAs communications in accordance with compliance and legal approvals.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English language skills - speaking, writing, and reading.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
