We are seeking a seasoned CRM expert to lead our implementation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating CRM systems with other business systems.

They will be responsible for defining and documenting business requirements for CRM functionalities based on stakeholder inputs.

A key aspect of this role is customizing CRM workflows, screens, fields, and reports to align with business processes and user requirements.

The selected candidate will analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions that improve efficiency and enhance customer interactions.

In addition, they will provide consultation and guidance to business units on CRM best practices and capabilities.

This individual will manage CRM projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support.

About the Role:

  • Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
