Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Strategist to drive revenue growth across multiple Quick Commerce platforms. This key role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance marketplace presence, boost sales, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of comprehensive market research reports to inform business decisions and stay ahead of market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product cataloguing, content creation, and search engine optimization efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace personnel to drive growth and revenue
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Develop and execute plans to reduce stock-out time and optimize shipments
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to forecast future performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage key accounts, categories, and catalogues to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
- Experience in team management and leadership, with ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve shared goals
