Portfolio Credit Manager

A professional credit portfolio manager will oversee the end-to-end underwriting and monitoring of personal loans through a digital journey.

  • Credit Management Strategies:
    • Develop solutions for credit underwriting based on different product constructs
  • Performance Analysis and Recommendations:
    • Track portfolio profitability, funnel metrics, and risk thresholds; analyze data to inform policy changes
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with internal functions including business development, credit, policy, data science, legal, technology, operations, collections, and customer success teams

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, statistics, or management from reputable institutions
  • Preferred qualifications: BTech with MBA
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with 3-4 years in risk management and policy creation
  • Strong understanding of risk performance and effective communication skills
  • Superior stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in data analytics, model validation, policy formulation, portfolio management, and project management
  • Experience with R/Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and other relevant tools
