Job Title: Visual and Communication Designer

Position: We are seeking an experienced Visual and Communication Designer to join our creative team.

Expertise: Visual storytelling, branding, identity design, digital and print design, typography, color theory, and aesthetics are key skills required for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create impactful logos, brand identities, and visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.

We require a designer who can develop comprehensive branding guidelines, create packaging designs, and design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.

The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.

They must apply their knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that connect with the target audience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential, as well as knowledge of Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW for quick design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design impactful logos and brand identities that reflect the company's values and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends.
  • Design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.
  • Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that connect with the target audience.

Requirements:

  • 0.2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered).
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.).
