About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and improve key performance metrics.

  1. Growth Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute effective growth strategies that align with our brand's vision.
  2. Market Analysis and Consumer Insights:
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  3. E-commerce Strategy Implementation:
    • Apply e-commerce tactics tailored to our brand and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving business goals.
  4. Execution and Project Management:
    • Coordinate the execution of strategies, ensuring processes align with timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work alongside teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to remove operational barriers and ensure streamlined processes.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use analytics and metrics to measure the success of implemented strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-12 years in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving key performance metrics.
  • Metrics Expertise: Successful experience in increasing revenue, CLTV, AOV, and other business metrics.
  • Growth Strategy Expertise: Ability to think big picture and execute effective growth strategies.
  • D2C Knowledge: Deep understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales models and online selling strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Documented experience leading a growth-focused team and managing complex operations.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in GA4, Shopify, and other e-commerce tools.
  • Certifications: Scrum certifications like CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with embracing new technologies to improve performance and drive business growth.
