Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution for the Growth function, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets.
- Cross-company collaboration, including experience working with product and revenue operations leaders.
- Strong understanding of product enhancements/initiatives and procedures, creating a do-anything environment necessary to support organizational goals.
- Creating and implementing marketing plans in line with overall business objectives.
- Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
Proven track record of scaling up from scratch within similar roles is essential. Key skills include:
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
