Product Visionary

At TagLynk Careers Pvt Ltd, we're looking for a skilled Product Visionary to drive the development of our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering a seamless technical experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product vision, incorporating technical innovations and customer feedback.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, releases, and iterations based on market demands and technical feasibility.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to guide product development.
  • Translate insights into actionable product enhancements and features.
  • Define, measure, and track technical performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role with a focus on highly technical products.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with software development teams.

Technical Skills:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and API development is a must. Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Additionally, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, SQL, and defining technical KPIs is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and automated testing frameworks is also a strong advantage. Proficiency with UI/UX principles and front-end technologies is a bonus.

Desired Skills:

We're looking for a candidate with a proven ability to transform technical insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in navigating technical challenges during product development are essential. Excellent leadership and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical projects are also required.
