We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic design maestro to shape exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling designs that turn complex AI concepts into seamless, user-centered journeys. Working at the intersection of innovation and usability, you'll play a pivotal role in defining our product's design language and driving meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design Visionary: Collaborate across teams—Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing—to deliver user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and delight users.
  • AI Experience Pioneer: Craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for AI-driven products, transforming complex concepts into seamless user experiences.
  • Prototyping Expert: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring they meet product requirements and technical feasibility.
  • User Advocate: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven feedback.
  • Journey Architect: Champion a user-centered design approach, creating delightful, cohesive user journeys from start to finish.
  • Execution Partner: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented consistently and accurately across platforms.
  • Design System Custodian: Maintain and evolve a scalable design system to ensure visual and experiential consistency.
  • Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of UX/UI trends, SaaS best practices, and emerging tools to keep our designs cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of SaaS and web application designs.
  • SaaS Innovator: Experience translating complex AI or data-driven concepts into intuitive designs.
  • Design Mastery: Proficiency with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive/adaptive design.
  • UI Excellence: Demonstrated ability to elevate user interfaces with thoughtful interaction and visual design.
  • User Researcher: Experience conducting usability studies, A/B testing, and incorporating feedback into iterative design processes.
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify design concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Scalability Champion: Expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
