Job Title: Senior Product Designer

At Hiring Infinity, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing user-centered designs that meet business requirements and user feedback
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
  • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
  • Creating original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness
  • Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in Consumer Apps
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for designing intuitive user interfaces
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies for mobile is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to hand-off design documentation to dev teams with great attention-to-detail
