What we're looking for We are on the lookout for a visionary UX Designer who is passionate about setting new standards in digital design. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in creating innovative, user-centered designs that not only meet but exceed user expectations and push the boundaries of what's possible in the industry. You will play a crucial role in every stage of the design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring that our products provide exceptional user experiences. A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in UX design, including case studies that demonstrate your process and the impact of your work, is essential. Experience with a variety of design tools and methodologies, as well as a deep understanding of user psychology and interaction design, is required.Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process to improve the operator experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional partnersUnderstand operator needs and creatively solve their pain pointsBring clarity to the complex problem space throughout the design processDesign, refine, and ship high-quality designBe able to justify design decisions based on user feedback and insightsMake appropriate tradeoffs between short term and long term goals, informed by business needsAdopt and expand our design system to achieve consistent style and quality standards across productsQualifications
3+ years of relevant experienceTrack record of shipping high quality products and features at scaleExcellent problem-solving skills in a very fast-paced environmentHigh level of proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with ability to choose the right tool for communicating your thought processDesire to influence the design process and culture within and outside the product design teamNice to have
Understanding of the AI and LLM spaceExperience in contributing to design systemsExperience in conducting user interviews to gather user feedback and insightsBenefits
