Product Vision and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Strategist to join our dynamic team at Aezion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product vision and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating high-level product strategy into actionable user stories and tasks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and sales teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform product decisions.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact product development.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or construction domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
