Job Description

This role involves leading talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.

  • Identify and source candidates across all levels, considering factors such as skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to expand the talent pool.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams, providing a seamless experience for candidates.

Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates, balancing budget constraints with talent expectations.

Collaborate with start-up teams to develop strategies that fill critical roles.

Develop and implement onboarding processes that ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the food retail or FMCG industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle compensation discussions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with fast-paced start-up teams and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Expertise in onboarding processes, employee engagement, and team-building strategies.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms to source diverse talent pools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
