International Recruitment Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end client delivery, manage international hiring, and mentor a team of recruiters. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in account management, leadership, and recruitment to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with candidates aspiring to work abroad, focusing on their career development and goals
- Understand migration pathways, job roles, and country-specific documentation to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
- Optimize processes and track hiring performance to continuously improve the recruitment experience for clients and candidates
- Experience in international recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains such as healthcare, logistics, or hospitality
- Strong client management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
