As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the introduction of new products. Your role will involve collecting and compiling data from various sources, including operations such as spray drying, dry blending, and emulsion processes. You must have knowledge of these processes to succeed in this role.

Additionally, you will assist in the industrialization of new products by developing manufacturing instructions and overseeing hyper-care production on the shop floor. This will involve ensuring that all necessary administrative duties are completed for the successful introduction of new products.

Process improvement is also a critical aspect of this role. You will support ongoing efforts to improve manufacturing processes and evaluate existing strategies. This may involve conducting quality defect containment, root cause investigations, and assisting with part inspections.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and HACCP concepts related to the food industry. A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field would be an asset, as would previous experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
