Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive solutions/proposals for responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs for pharmaceutical clients, overseeing proposal response from bid origination to closure.
  • Translate ambiguity into clear, compelling solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworks.
  • Understand client needs and architect appropriate solutions/proposals mapping to our capabilities, providing information to delivery teams to respond to RFI's and RFPs.
  • Define and own win themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning our organization as the preferred partner.
  • Create Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to top-line growth through presales and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Strategy to shape opportunities from early stages.
  • Identify products and services to position our company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and work with delivery teams to roll out the same.

  • Participate in building new capabilities and processes and executing GTM activities.
  • Present and defend solutions directly to global pharma and biotech clients.
  • Align internal stakeholders around solution strategy to ensure it is both credible and executable.
  • Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership, vision decks, and strategic content.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in solutioning or strategic consulting.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to lead deals and develop solution strategy, not just support execution.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with solid pricing and delivery model understanding.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is preferred.
