Job Title:

ServiceNow Platform Manager: Strategy & Business Alignment Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform professional to join a fast-growing product-based organisation. As a ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and backlog for ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Platform management, with experience in driving best-practice solutions and strategy while working closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership – leading the development of ServiceNow platform solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – working with business, IT, security and compliance teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Governance & Standards – setting policies for development, upgrades and integrations to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Vendor & Partner Management – coordinating with ServiceNow and managed service providers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Financial Acumen – analysing licence optimisation, budgeting and ROI measurement to inform business decisions.
  • Data & Reporting – developing KPIs, dashboards and success measures to track platform performance.
  • Strategic Alignment – ensuring the ServiceNow platform supports organisational goals, such as digital transformation.
  • Privatisation – balancing innovation, stability and cost to drive business value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
