SCCM & Intune Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a skilled SCCM and Intune professional to lead our organization's endpoint management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining medium to large-scale SCCM environments, developing custom deployment scripts, and overseeing the test and release of applications and patches using SCCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly 3rd-party applications.
- Develop and deploy Windows 10 images, as well as support the deployment of images for new installations and re-imaged devices.
- Manage the lifecycle of Windows 10 images by ensuring they remain up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal.
- Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services such as Office365, Adobe, and other 3rd-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, and support any new and useful integration.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Inventory Management, Software Distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune.
- Solid knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
- Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016: Create/import applications and packages within SCCM.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
