We are seeking an accomplished technical expert to join our team as a End User Computing Specialist. This pivotal role will involve providing high-level technical guidance and support to our global endpoint estate.

Main Responsibilities
  • JAMF administration for MAC device management, user identification, and endpoint protection
  • Microsoft Intune device management and policy configuration
  • Maintaining security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF / SCCM / MECM / Azure
  • Ensuring vulnerabilities are patched quickly and compliance levels are maintained
  • Developing and implementing best-of-breed vulnerability, security, Evergreen upgrade processes
  • Troubleshooting complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy & security patches
  • Troubleshooting complex issues with Laptop hardware, drivers, and BIOS updates
  • Analyzing log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues. Managing and triaging incidents with Service Delivery, IT Security and desktop support teams where relevant
  • Escalating issues to 3rd party vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Dell, 1E and Devicelock
  • Collaborating with GCC Engineering, GCC Packaging, Senior Technical Management, Product Owners and Project Managers to support technology across the Collaboration stack
  • Helping deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products by working smarter, provision of better tools and better use of existing product set
  • To act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS, Windows 10/11 and Evergreen across all EUC platforms (Laptop, PC, VDI)
  • Adhering to Security Policy standards. Ensuring operational requirements are matched in the delivery of services around standards and engineering, identifying when support arrangements may need to change in order to efficiently and effectively onboard new technology
  • Maintaining support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira. Publishing and maintaining hardware certification standards
  • Own and keeping all technical documentation up to date. Closely working with Techhub to provide up-to-date Knowledge Base support articles and provide scheduled upskilling sessions.
  • Managing Product enhancement via Agile processes with Product owner
  • Providing Management reporting of end-to-end services via PowerBI
  • Ensuring the EUC estate meets all Audit requirements
