Job Summary:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for hosting and supporting customers' systems in the Azure cloud. You will develop your skills across the Azure platform and design multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Azure
  • Provide architectural guidance for Azure-based solutions
  • Implement and manage Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Configure and manage Azure storage options to optimize data security and availability
  • Evaluate and implement security best practices in Azure to prevent potential threats
  • Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or Perl to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Manage configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible to streamline deployment processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux operating systems
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Azure
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure platforms, including IAAS and PaaS
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and various deployment methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certification in Azure (e.g., 70-533 / 70-534)
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell, Azure Active Directory/ADFS, Operations Management Suite (OMS), and Microsoft Intune
