About this position:

This is a highly specialized role where you will support the SAP ISU FI-CA application for our client by delivering prompt resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA's and KPI's.

You will ensure all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to guarantee timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope or cost should be documented.

For new business requirements, you will interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand the business needs, co-coordinate with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines.

You will design and implement complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.

Resource planning and estimating the developments, ensuring the execution as per the planning is a key part of this role.

You will co-ordinate the work with the Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define the Objectives and development plan includes the develop documentation independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Continuously improving and automating business processes, tracking issues, and documenting changes is an ongoing task.

You will troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

Identifying opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes is a critical aspect of this role.

Sharing domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members is also required.

Required skills and qualifications include:

· Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience

· Experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging

· In-depth experience in Support activities (Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements)

· Customer-facing project experience

· Ability to mine new opportunities and design/build a custom function module with medium complexity program logic

· Capability of finding automation opportunities

· Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

· Ability to research and resolve issues

· Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

· English language skills required (min B2 level)

· German language skills is an added advantage
