As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard functional knowledge of the D365 products and advanced tools and techniques to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service, managing customer expectations and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
  • Apply business process knowledge and best practices to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
  • Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Analyze and document business and systems requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Design and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Provide training to internal and external clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use the system effectively.
  • Liaise with development teams to deliver robust solutions on time, meeting quality standards.
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
