Job Title: Financial Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, asset accounting, bank accounting, cost centers, profit centers, project systems, electronic bank statements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Design and implement SAP solutions for healthcare industry requirements, including rental billing, revenue recognition, depreciation, and cost allocation.
  • Integrate SAP modules with FI-MM, FI-SD, and equipment rental systems, including logistics invoice verification.
  • Manage and maintain FI master data, implementing validations and substitutions for process control.
  • Possess basic SAP ABAP knowledge for debugging, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Gain extensive experience in SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and production support for complex system environments.

 

Business Process Expertise:
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and implement automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, healthcare regulations, and industry-specific reporting standards.
  • Provide user assistance, training, and system adoption support.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Work effectively within team-oriented, collaborative environments with strong interpersonal skills.
