Job Title: Head of Inside Sales

About the Role:
Tradologie is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead our sales team in Noida. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure a deep understanding of our solutions and their sales potential.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales professionals.
